Warranty & Defective Return Policy

Effective April 1st 2023

1. ALL DEFECTIVE returns on products must be accompanied by work orders showing the ORIGINAL and REPLACEMENT work order

2. Electrical parts and non-returnable if the clear packaging seal is broken. PRODUCT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE ONCE SEAL IS BROKEN. If defective, a replacement part must be purchased

3. Catalytic converters must have a copy of the failed emissions test and the applicable work orders

5. Labour claims must be sent on a separate return slip and clearly marked

6. Restocking Charge- A 20& restocking charge will apply on all parts returned after 30 days from the original purchase date

7. Special order parts are subject to restocking charge

8. Auto Kool PARTS ORDERED IN ERROR ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE

9. No return on Tools and Equipment

ALL RETURNS WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION CANNOT BE PROCESSED.
